Scope

This policy covers M. Saini CPA Inc.'s internal integrations website and the accounting integrations it authorizes. These integrations are operated by M. Saini CPA Inc. for its own use. They are not offered to the public, and there is no public sign-up.

What this website collects

This website does not collect, request, or store personal information. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking cookies.

One strictly necessary cookie is set when an authorized member of the firm begins an authorization flow. It holds a random value used to verify that the authorization request and its response belong together. It expires after ten minutes and contains no personal information.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and requested URL) for security and operational purposes.

Accounting data and access tokens

No accounting data is stored on this website. When an authorization is completed, the resulting authorization code is exchanged for access tokens on a firm-controlled workstation, and the tokens are held there. Accounting data retrieved through an integration is processed on firm-controlled systems in the course of providing professional services.

Sharing

M. Saini CPA Inc.does not sell, rent, or trade information obtained through these integrations, and does not share it with third parties except where required by law or professional obligation, or where necessary to the hosting and software providers used to operate the firm's systems.

Retention

Access tokens are retained only while an integration is in active use and are deleted when a connection is revoked. Records created in the course of professional services are retained in accordance with M. Saini CPA Inc.'s records retention practices and applicable professional and legal requirements.

Security

Credentials and tokens are stored on firm-controlled workstations with access limited to authorized personnel. Connections to third-party accounting platforms use encrypted transport. Access can be revoked at any time from within the connected platform.

Jurisdiction and where information is processed

M. Saini CPA Inc.is located in British Columbia, Canada. Personal information handled by the firm is subject to British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Some service providers used to operate this website and the firm's systems, including its hosting provider, may store or process data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to those jurisdictions' legal processes.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
