This website and the integrations it authorizes are provided by M. Saini CPA Inc. for the exclusive use of the firm and its authorized personnel. They are not licensed, sold, or made available to clients, the public, or any third party. No right to use them is granted to anyone outside the firm.

Permitted use

Authorized personnel may use these integrations solely to access accounting systems that M. Saini CPA Inc.is entitled to access, in the course of the firm's own operations and its professional engagements. Use must comply with the firm's confidentiality obligations and applicable professional standards.

Third-party platforms

Connections established through this website are subject to the terms of the connected platform, including Intuit's terms governing QuickBooks Online. Nothing here modifies those terms. Connected platforms are operated by their respective providers, and M. Saini CPA Inc. is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

No warranty

These integrations are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. M. Saini CPA Inc. does not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

M. Saini CPA Inc. may suspend or discontinue any integration at any time. A connection may be revoked at any time from within the connected platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
